	2016 - 2017	Co-owner: «Transreal» Ltd, Odessa, Ukraine – manufacture of children’s orthopedic shoes initiated the manufacture process from scratch; launched creation of the website www.kodo-shoes.com including its functionality and design; organized the sale of products; learned to make the subject photos for the site and did it myself; the company was sold
	2013 - 2015	Commercial director: “Agrokompleks Barskiy” – apples growing and storage company, Vinnitca region led agronomist and agricultural team of 20 people; organized signing the contracts with the chains of supermarkets and was dealing with the small buyers; initiated creation and implemented accounting and commodity movement program for the refrigerator storage;
	2008 - 2013	Commercial director: Group of companies “3-A” Ltd, Odessa– import/export of frozen meat and fish - started the new business direction from scratch; in 3 years increased turnover from 0 to $5m; held negotiations with the sellers, coordinated logistics operations and customs clearance; set up and led the selling teams of 10 people in Odessa, Kiev and Dnepr;
	2004 - 2010	Manager: Group of companies “3-A” Ltd, Odessa – logistics and forwarding company in Odessa and Chernomorsk sea ports coordinated port forwarding agents, customs brokers; held negotiations and signed the contracts with freight/charter brokers and transportation companies
